Ingredients

• 240g (1 ½ c.) All-Purpose flour
• 40g (⅓ c.) Coffee Cherry
• 5g (1t.) baking soda
• 5g (1 ½ t.) cornstarch
• 2g (½ t.) salt
• 190g (¾ c.+ 2t.) butter, melted
• 200g (¾ c. packed) brown sugar
• 50g (¼ c.) sugar
• 1 egg + 2 egg yolks
• 8g (2t.) vanilla
• 225g (1c.) chocolate chips
• Sprinkle of sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Sift flour, Coffee Cherry, soda, cornstarch and salt together and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the butter and sugars to combine.
- Add eggs to wet mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour wet mixture over dry mixture and stir to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Press into a parchment lined 9×9 pan
- Bake for 30-34 minutes.
