Coffee Cherry Flour Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients

Yield: 25 Bars

• 240g (1 ½ c.) All-Purpose flour
• 40g (⅓ c.) Coffee Cherry Flour
• 5g (1t.) baking soda
• 5g (1 ½ t.) cornstarch
• 2g (½ t.) salt
• 190g (¾ c.+ 2t.) butter, melted
• 200g (¾ c. packed) brown sugar
• 50g (¼ c.) sugar
• 1 egg + 2 egg yolks
• 8g (2t.) vanilla
• 225g (1c.) chocolate chips
• Sprinkle of sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Sift flours, soda, cornstarch and salt together and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk the butter and sugars to combine.
  4. Add eggs to wet mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. Pour wet mixture over dry mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips
  8. Press into a parchment lined 9×9 pan
  9. Bake for 30-34 minutes.
