Coffee Cherry Flour Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients

Yields approx. 1 Quart

• 425g (15 oz. can) tomato sauce
• 25g (1/4 c.) Coffee Cherry Flour
• 118ml (1/2 c.) apple cider vinegar
• 85g (1/3 c.) honey
• 56g (1/4 c.) tomato paste
• 60g (1/4 c.) molasses
• 24g (3 tbsp.) Worcestershire
• 9ml (2 tsp.) Mesquite liquid smoke
• 1g (1 tsp.) smoked paprika
• 1 clove garlic
• 1g (1/2 tsp.) black pepper
• 1g (1/2 tsp.) onion powder
• 1g (1/2 tsp.) salt

Directions:

  1. In a blender, blend together all ingredients on low for 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring sauce to a simmer over medium heat. If the sauce appears too thick, add water until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Use the sauce immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
